What is your minimum order?
Stock lines start at 10 pcs per design and dispatch in 7–15 days. Custom production starts at 30 pcs per design in 925 silver and brass, and 50 pcs in 316L stainless steel. Minimums are per design, not per order, so a mixed carton carries the sum of its designs rather than a single large figure.
Which material should I start with?
Depends on what you are selling. 316L stainless steel is the safest volume choice because it does not tarnish, does not mark skin and survives water, and it costs the least per piece. 925 silver is the material for a precious-metal price point, and its cost tracks the market — at the September 2026 spot price near $64.50 an ounce the metal alone is about $1.92 per gram. Brass is the trend and colour line: cheapest to make, fastest to reorder, and the one to specify a plating thickness on deliberately.
Can I mix materials in one order?
Yes, and most buyers do. Minimums apply per design, so a first order might be a few silver pieces at a low minimum, a steel volume line and one brass test colour. We quote and pack them together and put the material split on the invoice so you can cost each line separately.
Do you put my logo on the product?
Yes. Engraving, stamping and laser marking are all available, and on a stock silhouette there is no design fee. Send the vector artwork and we will show you a photograph of the first marked piece before the run continues, so what you approve is what ships.
How do I know the plating will last?
Because we state the thickness in microns on the quotation instead of writing ‘gold plated’. Thin plating is the cheapest and is right for a one-season piece; thicker plating survives regular wear and is what we recommend for anything sold as everyday jewellery. For 316L we use PVD by default, which bonds in a vacuum and is harder than electroplated gold at a similar thickness.
Can you supply testing documents for my market?
Yes. Tell us the destination and we will arrange what applies: REACH and RoHS declarations, EN 1811 nickel-release testing (the threshold for items in prolonged skin contact is 0.5 µg/cm²/week), salt-spray testing, and third-party laboratory testing. Testing is quoted as its own line because the cost depends on how many styles are in scope.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a China-based B2B fashion jewellery supplier with our own design, sourcing and quality-control team, and we do not own a factory. The benches your order runs on belong to partner production lines in Guangdong that we work with directly and visit during your production. We publish no factory address, floor area, headcount or founding year, because those numbers describe a plant rather than the service you are buying.
