We export worldwide and quote freight for your route — courier, air or sea. Nothing is agreed verbally: terms, price and lead time are written on the quotation and the proforma invoice.

What to include, so the first reply is a price
None of these are compulsory — send what you have and we will ask for the rest. But each one you include takes a round-trip out of the quotation.
- ✓The pieces. A photo, a sketch, a link or a teardown sample. One line per design is enough to price it, and a mix of designs is normal.
- ✓The material, or “not sure yet”. If you are undecided, we will quote the same design in silver, steel and brass side by side so the price step between the materials is visible.
- ✓The quantity and the tier you are aiming for. Stock starts at 10 pcs per design, and volume pricing is published per material, so a rough annual figure helps us quote the right tier.
- ✓The finish and plating. Gold, rose gold or rhodium, and the plating thickness in microns if your market has a requirement. PVD for 316L, electroplating where a heavier micron count is needed.
- ✓Your market and deadline. The selling country tells us which testing and labelling applies, and the deadline tells us whether stock lines or a custom run is the realistic route.
- ✓Anything you need your own. Your logo on the jewellery or the packaging, a specific hallmark wording, sizes, or chain lengths — name it and it is quoted as its own line.
