How long does a trending piece stay on this page?
A season at most, and usually less. The list is reviewed against what is actually being reordered; a design drops off when reorders slow down, whether or not it still photographs well. If you are planning a collection six months out, ask us for the best-seller list instead — that is the one built for planning.
Should I put a trend piece into production with my own branding?
Only after it has sold for you. Tooling and a 20–30 days production run make sense once a design has proven it moves in your market. Until then, buy it as a stock line at 30 pcs per design and let the sell-through decide.
Can you tell me what is trending before it is on this page?
