Cast brass hoops, plated in gold, rose gold or rhodium, on stainless steel posts and backs. Casting gives a clean, even hoop with no seam, which is the whole point of a chunky hoop. The findings are stainless steel rather than brass, so the part that goes through the ear is the part that is kindest to sensitive skin.
