Ready stock fashion jewellery, what we hold and how fast it ships
"Ready stock" here means the lines shown on this site, held as running stock rather than commissioned: minimum 10 pcs per design, dispatched in 7–15 days. It is not same-day despatch and there is no warehouse you can visit. If your date is tighter than that window, put the date in your first message and we will say whether we can meet it — a supplier who accepts every date is not checking.
The boundary
What ready stock means here, and what it does not
Stock means you buy finished pieces from lines we already run, so nothing has to be tooled for your order. That is why the minimum falls to 10 pcs per design and why the pieces leave in 7–15 days instead of a production window.
It is not a warehouse with a published live count. Stock depth changes weekly, so a number on a page would be wrong within days. What we do instead is confirm the specific designs you name, in writing, before you pay.
The window covers picking the order, the check and the packing — not making. Plating that the design already carries goes with the line; a new finish or a new size is a made-to-order decision, not a stock one.

What is held
Which ranges carry stock depth
Stock is deepest where a silhouette is sold in volume: plain rings, huggies and small hoops, cable and box chain necklaces, tennis and bead bracelets, and the charm families. Colour-plated pieces are held in the finishes that sell most often; an unusual finish is a made-to-order request.

3. Confirm, and we book the despatch
Once you approve, the order is picked and checked, then it dispatches in 7–15 days. Ask for the check photographs before it leaves if you want them.

The honest part
When ready stock is the wrong choice
Three cases where we will point you somewhere else rather than take the order.
- You need your own logo. Stock ships unbranded. Marking the piece, the tag and the box is a made-to-order route — see private label jewellery.
- Your date is inside the window. If you need the goods in under 7–15 days, order from stock will not do it, and saying yes would only move the problem to your customer.
- You need a spec we do not hold. A size run, a second plating colour or a stone we do not carry is a production decision. The route for that is the low MOQ programme, which starts at 30 pcs in silver and brass and 50 pcs in steel.

Do you have fashion jewellery in stock right now?
Yes for the lines shown on this site — they are our running stock, not made to order. Stock minimum is 10 pcs per design and despatch is 7–15 days. What we cannot publish is a live count per design, because it changes weekly; send the design numbers and we confirm the ones we can ship.
How fast does a ready-stock order ship?
Stock lines are dispatched in 7–15 days. That is despatch, not delivery, and it is not same-day or next-day — if your customer's date needs faster than this, tell us the date and we will say so rather than take the order.
What is the minimum order for in-stock items?
10 pcs per design, against 30 pcs in silver and brass and 50 pcs in steel for made-to-order pieces. Minimums are per design and not per order, so a mixed carton carries the sum of its designs rather than one large commitment.
Can I mix designs and materials in one ready-stock order?
Yes. Minimums are counted per design, and one carton can carry all three materials, so a first order can be a few steel hoops, some silver rings and a brass earring test at each design's own minimum. The steps are set out on the low MOQ programme page.
Can stock items carry my own logo?
No. Stock is bought as it exists and ships unbranded, which is part of why it is cheaper and faster. Marking the piece, the tag and the box is made to order — the methods and what can be stamped on 925 silver are on the private label page.
What happens if a design I want is out of stock?
You are told it is out, roughly when it is due back, and what we would put in its place. If you cannot wait, the same design can usually be run to order at the production minimum; if it cannot, we will say that too.
