Will the three bands sit flush without gaps?
Yes — that is the design constraint, so each band is built with flat sides and the set shares matched diameters. Round-sided bands roll apart and leave a visible gap, which is what makes a cheap stack look like three separate rings rather than a set. We confirm the flush fit on the approved sample.
Should I sell them as a set or as single rings?
Both have a place. Singly for the add-on at the point of sale, and as a boxed set for the gift. The set without a box is the weakest version, so we quote the rings and the packaging as separate lines: three rings in one box read as a considered purchase, while the same three pieces loose read as three cheap items.
Is a thin steel band strong enough for daily wear?
Yes, and steel is the reason. The bands stay at 1.2 mm and above, and 316L holds its shape far better than a thin silver band, which deforms with normal hand use below about that width. If your market sells thin bands and returns bent ones, steel is the grade to stock — it will not tarnish either, so the piece needs no upkeep.
