Promistars is a China-based B2B fashion jewellery supplier. Stock programs and OEM/ODM development run through our own design, sourcing and quality-control team, with production on dedicated partner lines in Guangdong. This page is the unglamorous version: who does what, how an order actually runs, and the claims we deliberately do not make.

How we are set up
Our own team on design, sourcing and QC. Partner lines on production.
Concretely, the work splits in three. Our designers turn your sketch, reference photo or teardown sample into a CAD drawing. Our sourcing team buys the metal, stones, findings and plating consumables against the specification you approved. Our QC team checks the finished pieces against that drawing before anything is packed. Casting, polishing and plating run on dedicated partner lines in Guangdong — benches we work with directly and visit while your order is on them, rather than a floor we own.
We are a supplier, not a marketplace. One team answers your email, quotes your order and stands at the QC table with the pieces, so the person who quoted you is also the person who can tell you why a weight moved or why a plating run needs a second pass.
How it works
From brief to your doorstep in four steps
Each step ends with something you can keep: an itemised quote, a drawing, a physical sample, a photographed order. Nothing moves to the next step until you have it.
Brief
One email or a WhatsApp message is enough. You do not need a production file, and “not sure yet” on the material is a normal starting point — that is what the price list is for.

Quote and CAD
Our current price list and an itemised quotation come back within one working day. On a custom design a CAD drawing follows in 48 hours, so you are approving a shape and a weight rather than a paragraph.

Sample
A physical sample is made and sent to you, normally in 7–15 days depending on the material and the finish you specified. Nothing is cast in bulk until you have held it and approved it in writing.

Production and shipping
Your order runs on dedicated partner lines in Guangdong while our QC team checks the pieces against the approved drawing. The finished order is packed, photographed and shipped on the route you chose.

No factory ownership, no floor area, no headcount and no founding year. The benches your order runs on belong to partner factories we work with directly and visit during your production, and we would rather say so than publish numbers we cannot stand behind. Certificates work the same way: scope depends on the exact alloy, plating and market, so ask for the current report for the material in your specification and that is the one we will send.
Honest limits
What we do not claim
Buyers are sold to all day. Here is the short list of things this site will not say, and the reason each one is left out.
- ×No factory we own. The benches your order runs on belong to partner factories we work with directly and visit during your production. We do not publish a factory address, floor area, headcount or founding year, because those numbers describe a plant rather than the service you are buying.
- ×No names we cannot show. No customer counts, no partner-brand logos and no review scores. If you want to talk to a current buyer, ask us, and we will connect you with someone who can answer your questions directly rather than quoting an average.
- ×No blanket certification claim. A certificate covers an alloy, a plating and a market, not a whole catalogue. REACH, RoHS and EN 1811 nickel-release testing are arranged to your specification — ask for the current report for the exact material you are buying, and that is the report we send.
- ×No invented lead time. Sampling and production times are published per material and start after written sample approval, not from the day you email. If a deadline cannot be met, we say so before you pay a deposit, not after.
- ×No “best price” promise. Prices on this site are indicative ex-works ranges published per material. A quotation can sit inside or outside them, and we will say which one and why rather than quietly moving the number.
- ×No hidden lines. Plating thickness in microns, stones, findings, packaging and freight each appear as their own line on the quotation, so the figure you compare against another supplier is the figure you actually pay.
