Blue Drop and CZ Earrings
Two-tier stud earrings in 316L steel — a round cubic zirconia above a bezel-set blue teardrop stone, per pair.
Stainless Steel Earrings · Stainless Steel · MOQ 50 pcs
Two flat arcs are set one inside the other and joined by a short bar, so the side profile reads as a letter shape rather than a plain hoop. Three pieces hang from the lower arc by small links: a gold teardrop, a square clear stone, and a second teardrop engraved with a star. 316L stainless steel in a gold tone.

Overview
The top of the earring is two arcs, not one. A narrow arc sits inside a wider one and a short bar joins them at the top, so from the side the piece reads as two parallel bands with a gap between them. That gap is the design: it makes the earring look layered without a second hole, and it keeps the weight of the drops away from the lobe.
From the lower arc, three pieces hang on small links. The first is a plain gold-tone teardrop with a single tiny stone at its tip. The second is a square clear stone in an open setting, turned on the diagonal so it catches light from more than one face. The third is a second teardrop, this one engraved with a star motif and set with a tiny stone. Dropped together they move at different rates, which is what stops a drop earring feeling static. It is a single design, quoted per pair.

Materials
| Option | What it means |
|---|---|
| 316L stainless steel | Both arcs and the bar are 316L, so the earring does not tarnish and the open setting keeps its shape. |
| Cubic zirconia | A square cut and a run of tiny stones, all laboratory-grown rather than natural, so colour stays consistent across a run. |
| Gold tone | Gold tone over steel; the plating process and its thickness are confirmed at quote. |
316L
Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.
Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design. If your market needs documentation with the goods, tell us and we will confirm what is available on this design before you order.
| Property | 316L stainless steel |
|---|---|
| Designation | 316L (AISI/ASTM) · SUS316L under JIS · 1.4404 under EN |
| Composition | Chromium 16–18%, nickel 10–14%, molybdenum 2–3%, carbon 0.03% max |
| Why 316L and not 304 or 201 | Molybdenum is what resists chlorides, and neither of the cheaper grades contains any |
| Tarnish and rust | Does not tarnish, and does not rust from everyday wear, sweat or water |
| Skin | Hypoallergenic for most wearers, and not nickel-free — it contains 10–14% nickel by specification |
| Specified for | Surgical implants (ASTM F138) and marine fittings, which is where the “surgical” and “marine grade” labels come from |
Best for
Three hanging pieces give movement without a wide silhouette.
The double arc reads as a layered earring in photographs.
One design that covers both a plain-gold and a stone customer.
