About this cz drop pendant necklaces

This is one design in four stone colours rather than four different pendants. The pendant is a lightly hammered metal drop — rounded, a little irregular in outline, with a soft polished face that catches light unevenly — and a single faceted stone is set flush into its upper part, so the stone sits inside the metal rather than hanging below it. Four stone colours are shown: a clear white, a light green, a warm champagne and a light blue, alternating across gold-tone and steel-tone chains.

Because the stone is cubic zirconia rather than a natural gemstone, colour and size stay even across a run and the price is predictable, which matters when the same drop is reordered in four colours. The grade, in plain terms

Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.

Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design. Is the stone a natural gemstone?

No. The drop is set with cubic zirconia, not a natural stone, so colour and size stay even from piece to piece and across a reorder.

How many colours can I order?

Four stone colours are shown — clear, green, champagne and light blue. Each is quoted as its own line, so you can take one colour or the full set.

Gold tone or steel tone?
