This is a Y necklace rather than a pendant necklace: the chain falls from the collarbone into a single drop, and that drop keeps travelling as a tail of chain and beads. The stones are set as stations along the run — barrel shapes and small round stones — separated by tiny gold beads and white stones, so the chain reads as a string of small accents rather than one focal pendant.
It differs from our plain Y lariat in exactly that: the lariat is a bare chain with no stones, while this piece is strung with stones along the whole run and closes with a beaded tail. The stones are supplied as coloured stone; we do not name a mineral, and if you need one specified it is quoted separately.

The grade, in plain terms
Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.
Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design.
