About this pear cz stud earrings

A pear-cut, or teardrop, cubic zirconia is the shape a round stud cannot be: it tapers to a point, so it reads as a direction on the lobe rather than a dot, and it points up the ear in a way that sets up a graduated or a stacked look. This listing is built on that shape.

What makes the setting different is the back. The stone is held in a wide, flat-backed bezel rather than on a slim post-and-basket, so the setting has a bigger footprint and the stone sits flush against the lobe. The grade, in plain terms
