About this resin pavé band rings

The body of each ring is a solid cast resin band — glossy, rounded and light, in emerald green, milky white or amber. It is not a metal band with a resin coating: the whole ring is resin except for one element. That element is a short gold-toned strip set across the face, in 316L stainless steel, and the strip is where the stone line sits, so the clear cubic zirconia is mounted on metal while the band that wraps the finger is resin.

It is a range rather than a single colour, so you choose the colourways you sell and we quote per design. The stones are cubic zirconia, not a natural stone, so size and shade stay even across a run and the price is predictable. The grade, in plain terms

Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.

Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design. No. The band is a solid cast resin ring; only the short stone-set strip across the face is 316L stainless steel, finished in gold tone.
