About this bead chain pendant necklaces

This is a listing of three bead-chain necklaces rather than one. Each is a slim strand of small faceted stone beads, colour-matched to its pendant so the piece reads as one colour from across a room. The blue style uses a steel-tone bezel holding a blue cushion-cut colour stone; the green style sets a clear faceted stone inside an organic gold-tone nugget; and the champagne style ends in a gold-tone open heart with small white accents. The grade, in plain terms

Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.

Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design. If your market needs documentation with the goods, tell us and we will confirm what is available on this design before you order.

Do I have to order all three colourways?

No. Each colourway is quoted as its own line, so you can take the blue, the green or the champagne alone, or mix them. Ask us for a quote on the ones you want and we will confirm which are in production now.

Are the beads natural stones?

The beads are man-made colour stones, not natural gemstones, so the shade stays even across a repeat order. The accent set into the pendant is glass, not a graded gemstone.
