About this enamel ring double bracelet

This is one bracelet, not a set of two: two flat chain strands are fixed side by side and close on a single clasp, so it sits on the wrist as one wide band with a seam down the middle. At the centre the strands open into a short flat section, and that section carries the whole colour story: gold-tone barrels alternating with rings of enamel and one or two white beads. Because the rings sit on a flat bar, they face up on the wrist instead of rolling, and the stack stays in line with the chain.

The colour is enamel, fired into the ring rather than set as a stone: each ring is a solid disc of colour with a glossy surface and a gold-tone edge, and there is no pavilion, table or facet anywhere on it. The white elements are pearl-finish beads, which give the stack a matte break between the colours. Two colourways are offered — one built around green, one around deep blue, both with coral and pink and both closing on white — and each colourway is quoted and packed as its own line.

The grade, in plain terms

Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.

Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design. Are the coloured rings stones?

No. They are enamel: a glass-based colour fired onto the metal, with a glossy face and a gold-tone edge. There is no stone, no facet and no dome, and the body of the bracelet is still steel rather than resin.

Is this two bracelets or one?

One. Two flat chain strands are fixed side by side and close on a single clasp, so it fastens once and sits as one wide band with a seam down the middle.

What are the white elements?
