Bead Y-Lariat Necklace
A gold-tone Y-lariat in 316L steel — elongated links with tiger-eye-coloured stone bead stations, worn long or clasped to form the Y drop.
Stainless Steel Necklaces · Stainless Steel · MOQ 50 pcs
Pull-through lariats in gold-toned 316L steel: a fine double strand passes through a slide, so the Y-drop can be drawn short or let long without a fixed clasp. The slide carries a cubic zirconia motif, from a bezel-set column to a heart-cut column.

Overview
These are pull-through lariats rather than fixed-length chains. The strand doubles and passes through a slide at the front, so you draw the pendant down for a long Y-drop or pull it up to sit close to the collar, and the setting holds where you leave it — there is no clasp to open and no fixed length to choose. The two short ends that hang below the slide carry small metal caps, which weight the drop and give the piece its tassel-like finish.
The slide sits under a cubic zirconia motif. Across the line the motifs run from a bezel-set round and cushion column and a heart-cut column — the two shown on a white ground — to a baguette bar and a four-stone cluster, so a display can carry one construction in several looks. The stone is cubic zirconia, not a natural stone, so colour and size stay even across a run. Because the drop is adjustable, one piece covers the range from a short collar to a long sweater chain, which cuts the number of lengths a buyer has to hold.

316L
Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.
Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design. If your market needs documentation with the goods, tell us and we will confirm what is available on this design before you order.
| Property | 316L stainless steel |
|---|---|
| Designation | 316L (AISI/ASTM) · SUS316L under JIS · 1.4404 under EN |
| Composition | Chromium 16–18%, nickel 10–14%, molybdenum 2–3%, carbon 0.03% max |
| Why 316L and not 304 or 201 | Molybdenum is what resists chlorides, and neither of the cheaper grades contains any |
| Tarnish and rust | Does not tarnish, and does not rust from everyday wear, sweat or water |
| Skin | Hypoallergenic for most wearers, and not nickel-free — it contains 10–14% nickel by specification |
| Specified for | Surgical implants (ASTM F138) and marine fittings, which is where the “surgical” and “marine grade” labels come from |
Best for
The adjustable drop sits over a knit neckline without a length to fix in advance.
A single piece covers collar to long drop, so fewer lengths have to be held.
The pull-through shape is easy to demonstrate, so it turns on a small display.
