About this heart & cross pendant necklaces

This listing holds about four designs, not one, so a store can pick the mix it wants. Every design starts from a heart pendant and gathers a small cluster of charms beside it: a cross, a round cubic zirconia, and a single white bead. Two designs are gold and two are in steel tone, so the range crosses a gold and a silver look from one order.

Each design is quoted as its own line, so you can take one or all four. 18K gold PVD	On the gold designs the colour is 18K gold PVD, bonded in a vacuum chamber over the steel; plating thickness is quoted per micron.

316L

The grade, in plain terms

Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.

Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design. If your market needs documentation with the goods, tell us and we will confirm what is available on this design before you order.

What is in the set of four?

Four designs, all built on a heart pendant with a cluster beside it. Two are in 18K gold PVD and two in steel tone; the cluster adds a cross, cubic zirconia or a white bead depending on the design. Each is quoted as its own line.

Is the white bead a pearl?

No. It is a white pearl-finish bead, not a natural or freshwater pearl.

Are the clear stones natural?

No. They are cubic zirconia, not a natural stone, so the colour and size stay even across a run.

What grade of steel is it, and how does it compare?

316L stainless steel. It holds up better than 304 and far better than 201 for daily wear, which is why we specify it here. It is hypoallergenic and largely non-magnetic, and we name the grade rather than a vague 'surgical steel'.
