About this green stone open bangles

The listing covers nine bangle designs, and they split into two constructions. The open cuff is a band with a gap, so it goes on over the wrist and can be eased to fit; the hinged bangle is a closed band with a joint and a clasp, so it holds the size it was made to. Within the set the finishes run from plain polished gold tone, through a hammered cuff, to bands set with rectangular green stones or with cubic zirconia, either as a full line of stones or as a single cluster.

Each design is quoted on its own line, so a counter can be built from the designs that suit it rather than from the whole set. The grade, in plain terms

Every design on this page is made in 316L stainless steel — the molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade, and the same grade specified for surgical implants and marine fittings. The “L” is low carbon, which is what keeps chain links and hollow forms sound at the joins.

Grades are worth stating rather than implying, because 316L, 304 and 201 look identical in a photograph and differ by real money per tonne. We name the grade on every design.
