About this single-stone ring, mixed cuts

A single-stone ring puts all the attention on the stone. The band is deliberately slim, and the stone is set low into a closed bezel so it sits flat on the finger rather than standing up — which keeps the ring comfortable and stops it catching on clothing, and makes it read clearly on a display or in a photograph.

The range runs across the cut shapes and colours the supplier makes: a rounded square, a marquise, a teardrop, an oval and a round, in greens, reds, blues and clear white. Because the band is thin, several can be worn on one hand for a stacked look. Each design is quoted as its own line, so a mixed order is normal and you can carry depth only on the designs that sell for your market.

Is the stone a real gemstone?

It is a coloured stone. The property sheet does not name a mineral, so we describe it by look rather than by name. Natural stone varies in colour and pattern from piece to piece; if you need a specified mineral or an exact shade, tell us and we will quote it separately.

How is this different from your signet ring?

The signet ring carries a plain, unset face for engraving. This ring is built around a single set stone, so the colour and the cut are the point rather than a blank face.

How is this different from your cat's-eye ring?
