About this open heart cz necklace
This pendant is built around two moves rather than one. The heart is drawn as an open wire outline, with a small coiled swirl sitting inside the frame, and the stone is not set into the heart at all: a single pear-cut cubic zirconia hangs below the point on a short drop. Because the frame is open, you can see through it, so the piece reads lighter than a solid heart of the same weight.
It is a finished necklace on its own fine cable chain, in 316L steel with a gold-tone finish, so it can go onto a display without pairing.
