These are stud earrings built around two materials: a formed metal frame and a resin inset. The gold-toned frame is moulded into a soft, irregular diamond with a molten, hand-made edge rather than a straight bezel, and the amber-coloured resin fills the centre as a smooth cabochon, so light passes through it and the colour deepens at the thicker part of the drop. The fitting is a simple post for pierced ears.
