This ring is built around one big stone: a barrel or emerald-cut white cubic zirconia, set so the flat table faces up and the long facets run down the finger. The band is a wide plain polished shank, which gives the stone a heavy, signet-like frame rather than a thin setting, and a small trillion-cut stone in each shoulder steps the eye down from the centre.
